Position Responsibilities\Requirements:

Application Support role working in a dynamic team maintaining and supporting Clients based in London on their Clearvision architecture. The Technical Account Manager (TAM) is responsible for maintaining the relationship between FIS and the Client via telephone, email and onsite meetings.. Whilst gaining a detailed understanding of both the Clearvision/Stream Gateways Applications the TAM will be able to quickly analyse client’s issues, provide workarounds where possible and escalate to the development team. Day to day tasks involve investigation and resolving client issues, new installations, upgrades and any projects specific to Assigned accounts. TAM should be able to successfully and independently work on allocated project while being able to coordinate own responsibilities (service desk responsibilities) with those of other team members so projects stays on track.
