The Quote and Tender Specialist will support and lead the growth of the ODS business in all modalities to achieve service growth targets
Prospects, qualifies, quotes and closes new business through remote contact
Delivers service revenues objectives (across Service offers portfolio: PMS, Non contracts, O&U and solutions)
Supports Service Account Leaders and Product Service Sales Specialists on maximizing services sales opportunities
Presents and sells Service Contracts through remote contact
Own the Service ODS Forecasting with service sales and update SFDC
Own Project muscle submitted leads and react accordingly
Prepare invoice package and submit for collection
Follows up on targeted marketing campaigns and maximizes incremental revenue.
Ensures seamless teamwork with the Equipment Sales, Product Services Sales specialists, Service Account Leaders, Marketing, Commercial Operations and U/S, Devices Commercial leader to maximize all sales potential.
Develop & Support the implementation of new ODS Programs
Contact proactively the customers to understand the needs and increase the sales funnel
Manage the ODS terms and conditions with risk and compliance assessments
Own Parts pricing, escalation and margin analysis in support of Customer inquiries & agreements
Provide operational support for accessories and supplies as required
Managing the gathering and centralization of competitive intelligence with the field teams
Generates proposals, prepares service contract quotations, and demonstrates services value to assigned customers
Supports and partners with field sales and service personnel in their efforts to sell service value.
Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position
Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines
Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required.
Knowledge and understanding of all Environmental Health Policies (including but not limited to GE Healthcare EHS Policies, GE Healthcare Fleet Rules, etc.) and operate within them to ensure that no company policy or US / Int’l and/or local Law is broken
Participate in continuous improvement activities by identifying and appropriately escalating process and product quality gaps, providing solutions when possible
