  • Will take responsibility of a selection of Automotive customers managed by TE in the geographic area concerned (HM, SEC & CAMS);

  • Main objective: is to optimize sales in the area for the complete TE product range: Automotive connectors and components,

Supporting Application Tooling by giving technical support to our local customers and acting as the main local contact for tooling issues.

Sales

  • Develops sales on TE complete products portfolio with the help of internal organization and services

  • Base target is the annual sales budget detailed by product line and customer

  • Will submit prices and negotiate with the customers following rules and instructions given by management

Marketing

  • Knows the customers market in detail, competition stand and proposes appropriate tactics to grow TE market share in short and long term.

  • Regular contact with all customer departments.

  • Close contact with OEM marketing team and projects managers.

  • Promoting all new & existing TE products and technologies.

Customer support

  • Will assure an effective close relationship with the customer and be the local interface between the customer organization and TE internal services in case of:

  • New projects or product modification with engineering

  • Quality improvements with quality service

  • Overdue with finance

  • Logistic with customer serviceApplication Tooling:

    • Supporting local customers from technical side for Application Tooling
  • Acting as main local contact for all Tooling issues and coordinate with AP team.

  • Train local customers on TE Tooling.

  • Developing TE market share on tooling and benchmark the competition

  • Support:

    • Support for quality claims locally
  • Support in case of logistic topics

  • Support and communication in case of application tooling topics

  • Informant for all TE employees responsible for customer central decision point

  • Support in case of approval processes

Reporting

  • Key customer visit will be formalized through a report addressed by mail to management and concerned people

  • A monthly report will summarize the activity.
